In 2004, Mr. Yong engineered the establishment of three pivotal construction entities: Shanghai Chaocheng Construction Development Co., Zhongzhi Weiye Construction Engineering Co., and Saudi Arabia Cheung Kong General Contracting Co. in Shanghai, China. Through his hands-on technical leadership and data-driven management approach, these organizations have successfully executed sophisticated construction projects requiring intricate engineering solutions across China, Saudi Arabia, and the Philippines. His role as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Saudi Arabia Yangtze River Integrated Contracting Co. involves overseeing multifaceted technical operations across diverse regional portfolios spanning Jiang, Zhejiang, Tianjin, and Shanghai, China, as well as Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Manila, Philippines.
Mr. Yong's technical governance extends to his chairmanship of Zhongzhi Weiye Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., Zhongsi Weiye Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., and Royal Power Decoration and Construction Engineering Corporation of the Philippines. Under his exacting standards and technical direction, these organizations have pioneered advanced construction methodologies that optimize structural integrity, material efficiency, and project sustainability.
His professional magnum opus is the development of the Shanghai Binjiang West Bank Financial City Project, where his technical vision is transforming Xuhui Riverside Financial City. This engineering marvel will establish a sophisticated urban hub integrating structural, commercial, residential, and ecological systems across 1.2 kilometers of the Huangpu River shoreline.
